We are proud to provide writing development prizes to the Creative Future Writers’ Award.

Founded in 2013, the Creative Future Writers’ Award is an annual development programme for talented writers from a wealth of backgrounds. It includes the UK’s only national writing competition for all under-represented writers.

Prizes we offer

Curtis Brown Creative offer the Platinum Fiction Winner a free place on our mentoring programme. The Gold Fiction winner will be awarded a place on our three-month Writing Your Novel course.

We will provide the Gold Creative Non-Fiction Winner a place on our six-week Writing a Memoir course.

The theme for 2026 is ‘Material.’ The theme is a creative prompt, not a requirement.
