An exciting opportunity has arisen for a smart newcomer to join our small team, which provides innovative and highly successful creative writing courses to aspiring writers, online and in London.

You’ll be working full-time as part of our marketing and digital team, focusing on the promotion, advertising and marketing of all our creative-writing courses, as well as our Breakthrough Writers’ Programme for under-represented writers. You’ll answer queries from our growing community of aspiring writers and students through our help inbox, social media channels and phones calls. You will help create new website, blog and newsletter content that is relevant to budding writers, as well as continuing to grow our social media presence.

We are offering a full-time, permanent contract. Salary £27,500 pa.

You’ll be based at our central London offices, but please note we are currently using a hybrid working pattern which involves a minimum of three days a week in the office with some working from home, subject to ongoing review.

Familiarity with Email marketing and CRM systems (E.g. Klaviyo, MailChimp)

Strong planning and problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

A strong interest in the creative arts – particularly books and publishing
